Amr Eliwa

Amr Eliwa currently serves as the Head of CRM in the Medical Department at Lockton, starting in March 2025. Previously, Amr held several positions at Medmark Egypt from June 2017 to February 2025, including Assistant Manager, Team Manager for Key Accounts, Business Development Supervisor, and Senior Advisor. Responsibilities included managing client relationships, implementing account retention strategies, and facilitating business development. Amr's career began as a Technical Support Representative at Raya Contact Center. Amr holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University, completed in 2012.
