Anirudha Halder

Anirudha Halder is an experienced executive in the insurance and banking sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Lockton since May 2025. In this role, Anirudha leads corporate insurance sales strategies and builds strong client relationships, while also providing thought leadership in the Indian insurance market. Prior to Lockton, Anirudha spent over 15 years at ICICI Lombard in various senior positions, such as Deputy Vice President, overseeing the Banc assurance SME business across multiple regions. Anirudha's career began at Reliance Telecom Ltd, and further included significant roles at ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank, showcasing a consistent track record of driving revenue growth and managing large teams across diverse business functions. Anirudha holds an MBA in Marketing Management and has completed advanced studies in Fintech from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with certifications in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.
