Chen Shen

Chen Shen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global consulting and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Consultant at Lockton since April 2021, Chen has progressively advanced from positions including Vice President and AVP within Global People Solutions and Global Benefits. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mercer, where Chen was a Senior International Consultant and Senior Analyst within the Multinational Client Group and Global Consulting, respectively. Chen also served as Global HR Business Partner at Textron Aviation from February 2013 to February 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from Sichuan University, complemented by additional studies at INCAE Business School, City University of Hong Kong, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
