Clarissa Franks

Clarissa Franks is an accomplished insurance professional currently serving as the Head of Retail at Lockton since November 2023. Prior to this role, Clarissa spent 15 years at Marsh, where responsibilities included Managing Director and Retail Placement Leader for the UK and Ireland, overseeing placement strategy for various retail divisions catering to a range of clients from SMEs to FTSE100 companies. Clarissa also held positions as Placement Leader Risk Management and Managing Director, Head of Property Placement, leading a team focused on significant clients in multiple sectors such as pharmaceuticals and renewable energy. Clarissa began the career at Aon as a Graduate Trainee in Property and Casualty Placement. Clarissa holds degrees in Egyptology, Ancient History, Archaeology, and Classics from UCL.
