Kristina Allen

Kristina Allen, CIC, CCIC, currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Young Risk Professionals of Philadelphia since January 2025. In addition, Kristina has been with Lockton Companies as Vice President and Senior Client Manager in the Cyber Technology Practice since August 2022. Prior roles include Senior Account Manager and Account Manager in the National Cyber Risk Practice at Risk Strategies Company, and Commercial CSR at William B. Parry & Son, Ltd. Kristina's career began as an Account Executive specializing in Management and Professional Liability at DeWitt Stern Group, following positions as a Customer Service Representative at E.B. Cohen Insurance & Risk Management and the Peer Group, and a Receptionist at Somerset Medical Center. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Astronomy and Physics from Lycoming College, completed in 2006.
