Marissa Sherman Phias

Marissa Sherman is an accomplished professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Total Rewards Consultant at Lockton since January 2020. In this role, Marissa supports client engagements by designing total rewards surveys, conducting gap analyses, and providing comprehensive recommendations across various total rewards areas, including compensation and benefits. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Account Manager and Social Media Marketing Intern at MidAmerica Nazarene University, along with internship positions at Lockton and Kansas City Ballet School. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from MidAmerica Nazarene University and an Associate of Arts from Metropolitan Community College. Additionally, Marissa has a rich background in dance, serving as a ballet teacher, choreographer, and performer with several organizations.
