Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor is an experienced professional in talent development and management, currently serving as a Talent Development Program Manager at Lockton Companies since January 2022. Previously, Michelle held various managerial roles at Hy-Vee, Inc., including Assistant Manager of Perishables Departments, where responsibilities encompassed supervising over 100 employees and implementing training practices. With a foundation in education as a Math Teacher at both Park Hill School District and North Kansas City Schools, Michelle developed and executed engaging curricula tailored to diverse learning styles. Additionally, experience as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor at Northwest Missouri State University further solidified Michelle's expertise in educational support. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle School Mathematics from Northwest Missouri State University.
