Pamela Chase

Pamela Chase is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and account management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success at andros since April 2022, Pamela has developed impactful strategies such as the Executive Sponsor Program and client capacity charting. Prior to this role, Pamela served as Vice President of Client Services at Elixir, overseeing a significant business with 300+ clients and achieving exceptional client retention and satisfaction rates. Previous positions include Strategic Account Executive at TriZetto Healthcare Products and Catamaran, as well as Account Executive roles at Healthways and CVS Caremark Corporation, where Pamela consistently improved client retention and revenue. Pamela began their career as a Marketing/Sales Manager at Gibbs Smith, Publisher, exceeding sales goals significantly. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Westminster College.
