Sophie Salsbury

Sophie Salsbury is currently an HR Advisor at Lockton, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie gained valuable experience at British Land, serving as a Talent Acquisition & HR Assistant and previously as a Talent Acquisition & HR Intern from October 2021 to October 2023. Sophie also completed short-term work experience in law at Addleshaw Goddard and in business and marketing at Premiership Rugby in August 2016. Sophie holds an MSc in Human Resources Management with a CIPD pathway from the University of Birmingham (2020-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in English from the same university (2017-2020), having completed earlier education at St John's Leatherhead (2012-2017).
