Charles Scheibe Ccm, Pmp (C.W.)

Charles (C.W.) Scheibe, CCM, PMP, MBA, currently serves as a Program Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. since August 2021, following a role as Director of Quality Management for the Dallas Independent School District from June 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included implementing the district’s construction safety program. Prior experience includes construction project management and safety coordination at Ysleta Independent School District and extensive project management and operational leadership roles in the United States Army from 1996 to 2016, including positions as Exercise Project Officer, Company Commander, and Senior Logistics Manager. Charles holds an MBA from Georgia Southern University and a BA in History and Political Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
