Jonalyn Janey Pe

Jonalyn Janey, PE, is a Program Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Jonalyn held multiple roles within the Harris County Engineering Department from December 2014 to March 2023, including Team Lead of Parks Technical Services, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a Field Engineer at Zachry Construction Corporation from June 2009 to November 2014, where responsibilities included assisting foreman and superintendents, managing subcontractors, and handling jobsite budgets and reports. Jonalyn also gained experience as a Summer Civil Engineering Intern at Zachry Construction Corp. in 2008, focusing on plan sheets and supervision of construction work. Jonalyn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma from 2004 to 2009.
