Victor Fleming

Victor Fleming is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in overseeing multi-phase construction projects and engineering design. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. since April 2019 and as a Sr. Project Manager at JLL since July 2016, Victor has previously held significant roles including Lead Construction Program/Project Manager at ATSER, LP from April 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities included managing a staff of over three and overseeing projects exceeding $140M.
