Claire Panter

Claire Panter has had a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Claire is currently the Director of Player Support at Lockwood Publishing Ltd, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of Player Support & Moderation at the same company from May 2019 to December 2019.

Before joining Lockwood Publishing, Claire worked as a Community Management | Customer Support | Moderation | Social Media Consultant for their own company, Claire Panter, starting in January 2016. Claire provided consulting services in various areas within the community management and customer support fields.

Claire also held the role of Customer Service Manager at Discovery Inc from November 2018 to May 2019.

From February 2015 to June 2018, Claire served as the Head of Community at Another Place Productions Ltd.

Claire gained substantial experience in community management during their time at Mind Candy, where they held multiple roles. Claire was the Head of Community from February 2012 to October 2014, the Community Operations Manager from September 2011 to February 2012, and the Moderation Manager from May 2011 to September 2011.

Claire's earlier career includes roles at Sulake as the UK Partnership Manager for Habbo.com from June 2010 to April 2011, the Community Manager for Habbo.co.uk from May 2009 to June 2010, and the Regional Campaign Coordinator for Habbo.co.uk from November 2007 to April 2009.

Finally, Claire began their career as a Production Assistant at McCann Erickson from May 2006 to November 2007.

Claire Panter pursued their higher education from 2000 to 2003 at the University of Sussex, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
