Eqra Farooq

Eqra Farooq has been working in the Human Resources field since 2017. Eqra began their career at Jio as an HR Trainee. In 2017, they also began working at Convergys as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2019, they moved to Fiinovation - Innovative Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Specialist. In 2020, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Locofast as both the Head Of Recruitment and the Assistant Manager Human Resources.

Eqra Farooq began their education in 2011 at the Green Valley Educational Institute, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Eqra then went on to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at the Islamia College of Science & Commerce, Srinagar from 2012 to 2015. To further their education, Eqra Farooq obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Central University of Kashmir, Srinagar in 2017, focusing on Human Resource Management and Operations Management. Additionally, Eqra Farooq has a certification in Six Sigma - Green Belt from KPMG India.
