David Shields

David Shields is currently serving as the Operations Director and Innovation Lead at Locogen, where the focus is on decarbonizing the energy system and promoting low carbon technologies. Additionally, he holds the position of Chief Product Officer at ZUoS Ltd, working on designing and operating renewable powered electricity systems. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at Home-Start Edinburgh, contributing to the strategic direction of the charity. In the past, David has held roles such as Head of Project Engineering at Diversey and Business Development Manager at Dry Lube Limited, showcasing his expertise in project management and business development. With a background in Product Design and Innovation from the University of Strathclyde, David has a strong foundation in creating and implementing successful projects in various industries.
