Marcel Reinhardt

Marcel Reinhardt is an experienced professional in the field of people operations and talent management, currently serving as People Talent Manager at Aareon Group since July 2024 and as People Operation Manager at Locoia since October 2022. Previously, Marcel Reinhardt worked at bmetric as Product Implementation Coordinator from May 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included establishing and optimizing implementation processes for over 20 international customers, managing a team of five employees, and improving interdepartmental communication. Prior to that, Marcel Reinhardt held the position of Product Implementation Specialist, focusing on user experience optimization and customer journey analysis. Marcel Reinhardt holds a Master of Science in Business & Communication from Roskilde University and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
