Ryan Gilmer

Ryan Gilmer has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Ryan started their career in 1998 with techniques.org, Inc. as a Principal and remained in that role until 2010. In 2005, they also joined Alva Learning Systems, Inc. as a Principal, but left in 2008. In 2006, Gilmer became the Chief Executive Officer of Locomotive Service, Inc. and is still in that position. In 2009, they joined The Regis Company as a Principal and continues to work there. Recently, in 2020, Gilmer took on the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Lead Belay, a company that provides remote leadership development programs.

Ryan Gilmer completed technical service training covering PD meters and LectroCount systems at Liquid Controls Group in 2013. Ryan then pursued a T. Colin Campbell Foundation program at Cornell University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they earned a certification in adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in 2015. In 2017, they obtained the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) MEDIC First Aid Instructor PediatricPlus CPR, AED, and First Aid qualification from Emergency Preparedness - First Aid & Medic Training. Lastly, in 2023, they received the Range Safety Officer certification from the National Rifle Association.
