April Novak

April Novak has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. April started their career in 1993 as an EDI Business Analyst at Shaw Industries and worked there until 1997. April then joined LEP International as an EDI Coordinator for a year before moving to Murata Electronics as an EDI Manager from 1998 to 2002. April then worked at Maxim Healthcare Services as a Medical Records Clerk from 2009 to 2010. April later joined Perrigo Diabetes Care LLC (formerly CanAm Care, LLC) as an Executive Assistant, supporting six managing executives from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, April has been with LocumTenens.com, where they have held multiple positions including Executive Administrative Assistant from 2014 to 2015, Executive Assistant to the President from 2016 to present, and currently serves as the Director of Associate Engagement.

April Novak completed their Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University between 1989 and 1993. April completed their high school education at Sprayberry High School from 1986 to 1989.
