Heather Jordan

Heather Jordan, SPHR, has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Heather'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Human Resources at LocumTenens.com, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Eliassen Group, where they focused on creating a diverse and inclusive culture and implementing best practices company-wide. Heather also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Principle Solutions Group from March 2011 to September 2017. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Payroll Manager at Associated Hygienic Products, LLC and as a Human Resources Generalist at Unisia Steering Systems. Heather began their career as a Branch Recruiting Manager at Spherion Staffing in 2003.

Heather Jordan, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Valdosta State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including the SHRM-SCP Senior Certified Professional and the SPHR Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute. Heather has also completed multiple LinkedIn courses, including Understanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees, Talent Management, Strategic Agility, Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader, and Fighting Gender Bias at Work, among others.
