Ryan Elizabeth Maass has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan Elizabeth started their career as an Event Volunteer at the Child Abuse Prevention Center in 2008 and later worked as a Student Office Associate at the Paul W. Bryant Museum from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they interned in event planning at Choice Productions NYC and later served as a Student Event Programmer at the University of Alabama-Ferguson Student Center.

Moving on, Ryan worked as a Temporary Incident Command Intern at the City of Tuscaloosa, assisting in administrative duties after a tornado disaster in 2011. Ryan Elizabeth then became an Assistant General Manager at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson for a short period in 2011. Ryan also interned as a Sports Commission Intern at the Tuscaloosa Tourism and Sports Commission from 2010 to 2011.

In 2012, Ryan joined Jostens as a Customer Service Representative, and in the same year, they worked as a Consumer Affairs Specialist at Coca-Cola Refreshments until 2013.
