Vic Peroni

Vic Peroni has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Vic began their career as a Senior Accountant at Aironet Wireless Communications, Inc. in 1997 before moving on to roles such as Global Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at LION bioscience, Inc., and Director of Operations and Controller at NetGenics, Inc. in the early 2000s. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Omnitronics, LLC.

In 2004, Peroni joined Ganeden Biotech, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer, a role that later evolved into the Chief Operating Officer position. Vic was responsible for various aspects including finance, accounting, system implementation, operational infrastructure design, quality control, and product development. During their tenure, the company's OTC division was acquired by Schiff International Nutrition in 2011.

Following their time at Ganeden Biotech, Peroni became the President of Hebron USA, the US division of Hebron Pharmaceutical. At Hebron USA, they oversaw sales, marketing, operations, and financial management of the company. Vic introduced various pharmaceutical products into the over-the-counter retail market.

In 2016, Peroni took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at GenomOncology and remained there until 2018. Vic then joined Viva 5 Corporation as the Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, they played a key role in the company's operations until November 2021.

Most recently, Peroni joined Arctiva Skin in July 2022 as the COO of Arctiva Wellness, LLC. Prior to that, they held the position of COO at Locus Fermentation Solutions, where they led the Consumer Brands and Wellness Solutions division.

Throughout their career, Peroni has gained extensive experience in finance, operations, sales, marketing, and strategic management.

Vic Peroni obtained a High School Diploma from Wickliffe High School between 1984 and 1988. Following this, from 1988 to 1992, they attended Baldwin Wallace University, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, resulting in a B.A. degree.
