Tara Faust

Tara Faust has worked in the tech industry since 2009. In 2009, they began working at Silverchair Learning Systems as an Account Manager- Service Delivery, where they proactively consulted with clients and boasted a 98% renewal rate among their managed client list. Tara also served as an LMS expert resource and created custom content to be delivered through the LMS. In 2013, they joined Relias Learning as a Senior Project Manager and Migration Team Lead. In this role, they were a Learning Management System expert and leader of a project management team upgrading 550,000+ users from five legacy systems into the newest LMS. Tara also trained the SaaS support team on the entire documented process from start-to-finish. In 2015, they began working at Maternity Neighborhood as a Product Manager- Director of Client Experience. In this role, they managed a team supporting an electronic health record, billing and patient communication-education tool with consent features. In 2019, they joined Locus as the VP of Product and Platform Development (CTO). In this role, they were the engineering team leader and CTO, coordinating activities performed and personnel assigned or recruited. Tara was also familiar with cloud operations, data analytics, security audits, agile principals, testing best practices and recommended maintaining routines and trusting that passionate teams can and will rise to the occasion.

Tara Faust obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000. Tara then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Georgetown University, which they completed in 2023.
