Quynh Bui has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.
From January 2016 to December 2017, Quynh worked at TIKI Corporation as an After-sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for setting up and managing the After-sales department, improving customer satisfaction and experience, negotiating with carriers and suppliers, and aligning customer experience with company projects.
From October 2014 to December 2015, Quynh served as an Executive Assistant to the COO at GiaoHangNhanh (GHN).
Quynh also worked at DHL eCommerce Solutions as a Key Account Manager from November 2017 to October 2019.
Currently, Quynh is working at Locus as a Lead Customer Success Manager for Southeast Asia, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Locus from September 2019 to July 2021.
In addition to their professional experience, Quynh also worked as a Telemarketer at Samsung Electronics from October 2013 to October 2014.
