Hayley Zachary

Hayley Zachary is an experienced professional with a diverse background in political consulting and nonprofit leadership. Currently, Hayley serves as a Member at Chief since 2022 and has been a Partner at LSG since 2016. Previously, Hayley was the Executive Director and Founder of Americans for Responsible Solutions from 2013 to 2016 and worked as a consultant for various congressional campaigns between 2012 and 2013. Hayley also held the position of Finance Director for Giffords for Congress from 2009 to 2012 and has experience in communications and political strategy dating back to 2004, including roles at the Office of Congresswoman Nita M. Lowey. Hayley holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a degree from Mount Holyoke College.
