Erik Ciortan

Erik Ciortan has over two decades of work experience, starting their career as an IT Manager in the Israel Defense Forces from 1999 to 2006. Erik then worked as an Automation Engineer at Clal Insurance & Finance from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they served as the Global IT Director at SolarEdge Technologies for over a decade, from 2008 to 2019. After SolarEdge, they became the Global Production Infrastructure Manager at Allot from 2019 to 2021. Then they joined AppsFlyer as a Cloud Infrastructure Manager from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working in the role of DevOps Team Lead at Locusview since May 2023.

Erik Ciortan graduated from Tel Aviv University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the years 1995-1998. Erik then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel from 1999-2001. Following this, Erik joined the Israeli Defense Forces and obtained a degree in Electronics and Communication PE with a specialization in Computer & Communications from 2002-2004. Later in their career, Erik attended John Bryce for an AWS Certified Architect program in 2022 and completed DevOps Certified Expert studies at DevOps Experts in 2022-2023.
