Amanda Groves

Amanda Groves is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lodge Cast Iron, Amanda has previously held key positions, including Director of Human Resources at Grace Healthcare and Director of Compensation, Benefits & Organizational Development at Tempur Sealy International. Additionally, Amanda has contributed as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Eaton Corporation, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives and participating in the HR Leadership Development Program. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from West Virginia University.
