Ricarda Kies

Ricarda Kies has a diverse range of work experience in the travel and technology sectors. Ricarda is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of LODGEA GmbH, a company they co-founded in 2021 to simplify online travel and provide accessible software for travel e-commerce. As the CEO and Founder of Ricarda Kies Consulting UG, they combine their 15 years of experience in technology in the travel sector with expertise in marketing, sales, strategic planning, and management of technology service providers. Ricarda is also a Board Member of the German Vacation Home Association, where they are actively involved in raising public awareness and promoting economic and political lobbying activities. Prior to their current roles, Ricarda Kies served as the Vice President Strategic Partnerships and a Member of the Executive Board at DS Destination Solutions GmbH. Ricarda also held various positions at e-domizil GmbH, including Sales & Marketing Director and Head of Sales. Additionally, they gained experience as an Assistant to the Managing Director at Rheingau-Taunus Kultur & Tourismus GmbH and as the Head and Deputy Head of the local Destination Management Organisation at Magistrat Der Stadt Eltville Am Rhein.

Ricarda Kies completed their education from 1998 to 2002 at the University of Applied Sciences Worms. Ricarda earned a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Tourism.
