Jocelyn Sanders is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Outlets at The Lodge at Torrey Pines since March 2015. Previously held roles include Fine Dining Restaurant Manager at A.R. Valentien and Food & Beverage Outlets Manager/General Manager of Lounge and Leisure at Shutters on the Beach. Jocelyn's extensive background includes positions at ETC Hotels, Canary Hotel, and Hotel Casa Del Mar, as well as leadership roles at Ameristar Casino and Bravo Development. Earlier experience at NBA City and Walt Disney World further highlights a diverse skill set in restaurant management, training, and operations.
