Quinna Abella is a Senior People Operations Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in HR, compliance, and international people strategy. She has supported teams across Spain, Malta, and the UK, combining legal expertise with a pragmatic approach to HR operations in distributed, multicultural environments.
Currently at Lodgify, Quinna drives HR process improvements and employee experience initiatives, also initiatives with HR Analytics and Lega Compliance. During her time at Blexr, she led the development of a cross-border Talent Acquisition Strategy and served as a trusted advisor to managers on employment law, compliance, and best practices—contributing to the successful onboarding of over 100 cross-functional hires. She has also assisted more than 90 people to relocate to Spain facilitating smooth work mobility.
Quinna holds a Law Degree from UNED, a Master’s in Human Resources and Talent Management, and a background in Business Administration. She is known for her ability to align people, policies, and compliance with business goals in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
