Sougata C. began their career in 1999 as a Software Engineer for the National Informatics Centre, Govt of India. In 2003, they worked as a Senior Technical Lead for Dell Technologies and a Sr. Software Engineer for TCG Digital. From 2006 to 2009, they held the position of Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Following this, they were a Senior Manager at Publicis Sapient from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as Business Unit Head at Sourcebits Digital. In 2015, they held the roles of Executive Vice President, Vice President of Engineering, and Country Manager & VP Engineering at LodgIQ. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Technology for Travel Tripper (Pegasus).
