Anuj Mathur is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Engineering at Kotak Mahindra Bank since April 2024, Anuj leads efforts in Core Banking Fraud and Risk Management, focusing on cutting-edge technology implementation to mitigate financial losses. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Engineering at Paytm and Senior Director of Engineering at Compass, where Anuj contributed to creating innovative real estate software platforms.
