Aditya Nagpal has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Aditya began their career with Xerox India Limited in 2006, where they worked as a Summer Intern.

In 2007, Aditya joined airtel and held various roles over the years. Aditya started as an Assistant Manager in the Sales department and then progressed to Manager in Mcommerce. Aditya further advanced their career as a Zonal Sales Manager and later as a Zonal Business Manager. Their final role at airtel was GM, National Operations head, where they oversaw the Contact Experience department.

Since 2020, Aditya has been working at Lodha as the AVP & Head of Strategy and Customer Experience. Aditya has recently been promoted to DVP & Head of Strategy and Service, Customer Experience.

Aditya Nagpal holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management and Marketing from SCMHRD. Later, in 2015, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they completed a program in Business Management with a focus on Analytics and Operations.
