Sreenivasan Dakshinamoorthy is a PMP and PgMP certified professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in project management, planning, and execution of civil construction works, particularly for fast-track infrastructure projects such as super luxury high-rise commercial buildings. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Construction Management at Lodha Group since December 2010, Sreenivasan has expertise in managing a diverse range of construction projects, including equipment selection, capacity planning, contract administration, and quality assurance, ensuring profitability through effective resource planning and mobilization. Notable achievements include leading the planning of Lodha Place in Mumbai, which features the proposed highest residential tower in the world, World One.
