Lodha UK started life in 2014 with the acquisition of two development sites in central London and we purchased a third site in Kensington in 2018. Our first two projects are now fully open, and they are recognised as two of the most exciting residential developments in central London. Lincoln Square is a stunning collaboration with Patricia Urquiola on the edge of Covent Garden. No. 1 Grosvenor Square is among the most prestigious developments in the world. Our third project, Holland Park Gate in Kensington, is under construction and due for completion in 2023. The combined value of the homes we are developing in London exceeds £2bn. The Saint Amand team is led by Simon Hirst, one of the UK’s most renowned hoteliers, and Stephane Palluault, the former General Manager of the RAC. We consider ourselves to be part developer, part creative studio, and part hospitality operator, and this is reflected in the diverse backgrounds, talents and mindsets of our people.
