Michael Baul

Michael Baul has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career as a Senior Controls Engineer at Ruston Gas Turbines and later became the Chief Tendering Engineer in the same company. Michael then worked as the Design & Systems Manager at Maxam Pneumatics before taking on the role of Technical Director at Golden River Traffic Litd. Subsequently, Michael joined Dematic Europe, where they served as the Head of Engineering, Head of Engineering (Controls) Europe, and Director of the Engineering Group. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Lödige Industries Group in the United Kingdom. Additionally, Michael recently became the Managing Director of Northern Elevator Limited. Throughout their career, Michael has gained expertise in materials handling solutions, logistics tasks, and complex systems.

Michael Baul attended Tadcaster Grammar School from 1979 to 1986. After completing their secondary education, they then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Systems Engineering at the University of Essex from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Michael Baul obtained certifications such as Directing Safely from IOSH in 2016 and became a Chartered Engineer certified by the Engineering Council UK in 2005.
