Kenya Freeman

Kenya Freeman is an experienced attorney at Butler Snow LLP since May 2019, previously serving as a Summer Associate at the same firm and at Holland & Knight LLP, and as a 1L Scholar with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Kenya has demonstrated a commitment to mentorship as a Mentor for tnAchieves and has gained valuable academic experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee College of Law. An educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, alongside international studies at institutions such as Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the University of Cambridge. Prior roles include organizing marketing strategies as a Marketing Intern at Zycron and actively participating as a Go Global Ambassador at the University of Tennessee while managing a mock investment portfolio as a Student Investor.
