Joseph Micheletti

Joseph Micheletti is an experienced professional in equipment management and engineering, currently serving as an Equipment Controller at Loenbro since July 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making. Prior internships at Thunder Basin Coal and Westmoreland Coal Company involved maintenance engineering tasks, including managing work orders, designing equipment guides, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for heavy machinery. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from Montana Technological University, completed in 2016, and is a graduate of Bryan High School in Bryan, Texas.
