Laura Schlicht, MS, serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Loenbro since April 2023. Previously, Laura held key leadership positions including Vice President of Finance at GrowGeneration Corp, where responsibilities encompassed forecasting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement for a $250M+ retail business. At RES, Laura advanced from Finance & Strategy Director to Vice President, overseeing financial operations for a $1B division in renewable energy. Laura's impactful career includes significant roles at Danone, where financial support for major procurement was provided, as well as at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company, and T. Rowe Price. Laura holds an MS in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Accounting from Bucknell University.
