Rodney C. Broschinsky

Rodney C. Broschinsky, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Loenbro since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership. Previously, Broschinsky held the position of Chief People Officer at Frontline Road Safety from March 2022 to April 2024, where the focus was on enhancing pavement safety across North America. Prior to that, from August 2007 to October 2021, Broschinsky worked at BrandSafway, serving in various roles including Vice President of Human Resources for the International Division and as Vice President of HR for the Energy & Industrial Business Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Antioch University Santa Barbara.
