Joko Sasmito has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Joko started their career in 2010 at Holcim Indonesia as an Engineering Apprentice, where they completed a three-year vocational education program in mechanical and industrial engineering. After completing the program, they held various roles at Holcim Indonesia, including Plant Patroller, Raw Mill and Kiln Patroller, and CCR Engineer. In these roles, Joko was responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of processes, troubleshooting any issues, and repairing mechanical or electrical problems. In 2020, Joko joined Loesche GmbH as a Senior Commissioning Engineer & Process.
