Mayer Ulrich has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mayer began their career in 1996 as a Stabsunteroffizier/ EloKa in the Bundeswehr, where they served until 2002. In 2008, Mayer joined ThyssenKrupp Polysius AG as a Senior Commissioning Engineer in EC&I and Process, staying with the company until 2013. Mayer then joined Loesche GmbH as a Technical Service Engineer/Commissioning Engineer Process for three years before being promoted to Senior Technical Service Engineer. In 2019, Mayer became the Country Manager for Customer Service in Germany and Bulgaria at Loesche GmbH.

Mayer Ulrich started their education in 1992 at the Lehrwerkstatt der Bundeswehr Lagerlechfeld. Mayer completed their degree as a Kommunikationselektroniker/Funktechnik in 1996. Later, in 2003, Ulrich attended the Technische Hochschule Augsburg and obtained a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in the field of Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik im Maschinenbau in 2008.
