Michael Monheim currently serves as the Head of R&D at Loewe Technology since February 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Projektleiter at Glen Dimplex Deutschland from September 2019 to January 2021 and worked as Manager of Product Compliance & Project Backoffice at Loewe Technologies GmbH from October 2014 to August 2019. Expertise includes product development, project management using both classic and agile methodologies, EMI and safety compliance, environmental affairs, and vendor management. Michael has extensive experience in international project management, having collaborated with teams across China, Korea, Turkey, Spain, Poland, and Japan. Michael began a career in engineering as a Development Engineer and Project Leader at Fraunhofer IIS, specializing in high-speed and X-ray industrial camera systems. Michael holds a Diplom degree in Elektrotechnik from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
