Lorena Alvarez Guiadanes has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and sales industry. Lorena began their career in 2004 at Pescanova, where they gained experience in sales management. From 2005 to 2006, Lorena worked as an Analyst of market at the Office of Economic and Commercial of the Embassy of Spain in Australia. Lorena then joined IDOM in 2006, where they served as a Commercial Manager, responsible for identifying business opportunities in the public and private sectors. In 2008, they joined Perfumes LOEWE as Sales Management for the International department, overseeing Europe, Latin America, the US, and Travel Retail. Their responsibilities included coordinating various departments to ensure excellent customer service. In 2012, Lorena transitioned to the role of International Product Manager at Perfumes Loewe, responsible for marketing and merchandising support across regions. Lorena then progressed to become the International Marketing Director, a position they held until 2018, when they joined Loewe Perfumes as the Global Operational Marketing Director, a role they currently occupy.

Lorena Alvarez Guiadanes has a diverse educational background. In 1999, they graduated from the Universidade de Vigo with a bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation, where they extensively studied English and German. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages for Business at the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Their coursework in this program covered various subjects such as foreign languages, international trade, and marketing. In 2004, they attended the Institución de Enseñanzas Técnicas to gain expertise in Administrative Management, Accounting, and Computer Science for Business. Lastly, in 2005, Lorena pursued a Master's degree in International Business Management from the CECO - Centro de estudios Económicos y Comerciales, specializing in marketing and internationalization strategies, as well as international economic and legal environments.
