Previously, Eduardo held significant roles including Head of Training for Spain at The Bicester Collection and Global Retail Training Manager at Loewe. Experience also includes serving as Customer Experience Learning Manager - Worldwide at TAG Heuer and Senior Training Manager at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection. Eduardo’s educational background features a Leading with Emotional Intelligence certification from EFIC in 2019 and an International Life & Executive Coach Certification from EFIC - Madrid, completed in 2019.
