Lucia Abarca has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Lucia started their career at Hachette Filipacchi Media in 2000, where they worked in the Marketing & Advertising Department. Lucia then moved on to Europa Press in 2001, working in the Communication department. In 2002, they joined Adverbo JPT as an Account Manager, Creative, Copy, and Graphic Designer. Lucia then joined Vodafone in 2003, where they worked in Corporate Communication, handling campaign planning and coordination, internal strategy development, and corporate identity and brand engagement. Lucia joined Loewe in 2007 as the Digital Manager, leading the launch of their first transactional eCommerce site and driving international expansion. In 2015, they took on the role of International Omnichannel Senior Digital Product Owner & Project Manager at Loewe, where they defined and executed the international strategy roadmap for the company. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Omnichannel Development & Customer Experience at Loewe, focusing on maximizing user experience and achieving growth.

Lucia Abarca attended several educational institutions throughout their life. In 2001, they studied Communication Multimedia at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Then, in 2002, they pursued a degree in Licenciado en Comunicacion Audiovisual y Multimedia at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Later on, in 2013, they enrolled in the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design to complete a Digital Business Program for the Luxury Sector. Finally, in 2022, they attended the IE Business School for the HiOP Innovation for Growth program.
