Pascale Lepoivre

CEO at Loewe

Pascale Lepoivre is the current CEO of Loewe, and has previously served as Executive Vice President of CELINE from January 2007 to September 2016. In this role, they ran all product related activities, including product strategy, development and merchandising, studio management, and Ateliers and industrial operations. Pascale also managed the repositioning of the brand’s offering as well as reorganising design, development and production set-ups around Artistic Director’s creative vision.

Prior to their role at CELINE, Lepoivre served as Director of Fashion and Leather Goods Product Division for LOUIS VUITTON from September 1995 to June 2006. In this role, they were a member of the Executive Committee and in charge of Womenswear and Menswear business units, as well as product strategy, development & sales merchandising for Leather Goods, Fine Jewelry and Fashion accessories. Pascale also launched the Eyewear category.

Lepoivre began their career at LVMH in the Fashion Division, where they served as Strategic Mission from July 2006 to December 2006.

Pascale Lepoivre is a graduate of INSEAD and HEC Paris.
