Silvia de Leon has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Silvia began their career as an intern at Atlantis Comunicación in 2002 before moving on to become an Assistant Manager at CM Miguel A. Caro, where they were responsible for admissions, resources, and cultural activities. Silvia then worked as an Account Executive at McCann Erickson, managing campaigns for clients such as Saab and Opel.

In 2010, Silvia joined the Sociedad Estatal de Gestión de la Innovación y las Tecnologías Turísticas, working in marketing until 2012. Silvia then became a Dealer Marketing Coordinator at BMW Group España for a year before transitioning to El Corte Inglés, where they served as a Fashion E-commerce Manager and later as Home Digital Director.
