Marc A. Alpert

Marc Alpert is currently the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Loews Corporation, a Fortune 250 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Previously, Marc was a Partner at Chadbourne & Parke LLP where Marc headed the Public Companies Practice Group and was a member of the firm's Management Committee. Marc has extensive experience in transactional work, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures, securities offerings, and other corporate activities. Marc holds a B.B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, from Hofstra University and a J.D., cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
