Melissa Symister-Weaver

Melissa Symister-Weaver is an experienced sourcing and production professional in the fashion industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Melissa serves as Sourcing Director at Ann Taylor since February 2022, previously holding the title of Senior Sourcing Manager. Prior roles include Product Line Manager at Foot Locker and Production Manager at Club Monaco. Extensive experience at Gap Inc. encompasses various senior positions, where significant accomplishments include managing women’s woven bottoms and outerwear, leading sourcing strategies that reduced costs, and enhancing production timelines. Melissa's expertise also involves negotiation and management of production processes from earlier roles at I2 Concepts and Ferrara Manufacturing. Melissa holds a BFA in Fashion from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
