Mikayla Diesch

Mikayla Diesch is an accomplished Electrical System Engineer currently working at Loft Federal and co-founder of Solar Flare, where notable achievements include negotiating a space flight agreement with NASA for a product to be sent to the International Space Station. With a solid background in electrical systems, Mikayla has held senior roles at Blue Canyon Technologies and Boulder Engineering Studio, focusing on system development and hardware design. Educationally, Mikayla holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, where responsibilities included serving as a teaching assistant and conducting research. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding Wristbeat, which won the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Big Idea Competition.
